unload windowblinds

How do I keep windowblinds from loading up on startup? I unloaded the program to use windows classic, ( just for a change i'll go back) when I use the unload feature and I change it in the properties, but it keeps coming back on loadup.

In the WB config, select the first or second skin on the far left.  (Winodws Classic Or Windows XP Style)
That should fix you up.

Unloading just turns WB off.  But it assumes that you will want it an again when you start up (unless you tell it not to in teh settings.)

You can alternatively run this:
http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/toggle_wb_startup.exe

Run it once and it will turn off WB loading at startup. Run it again and it will turn WB back on at startup.
