Help getting started

Where to get info

Can someone tell me how to get started making skins, I've got the Skin Studio but i'm Lost on where to start. Where to get graphic files and other stuff you need and most of all where to go for indept information on HOW!!!! Can anyone out there HELP me Please. I would love to learn this
