Is anyone interested in expanding the work Po' Smedley has done into a full Suite?
For more reading about Troll Thumping Day check out this post: Get One On A Stick

I think yes, but maybe.... the animation part needs to be within the top part of the panel?... which means the bottom of the lantern would define how tall that part is... maybe
Philly's got a point.
Shot 2 is more of a pub scene
If it's thumping, then flaming torches on each side with maybe thumpers as top/bottom cross pieces

Sorry Po as i mention Pub sign, but I agree with them I like the first one more
but I liked the vines around the edge which others don't
I would like to see the first below the 2nd's pole
and then get input again
but as I have trouble skinning a orange thats not saying much

In any event, it's looking great and the finished product no doubt will be superb.
I tried to keep him out...Honest!!!!
I turned him away at the door at least twice/three times....I mean, how was I to know he'd sneak in disguised in a Little Red Riding Hood costume!!!!
Oh no, not on your life!!! Some stark bollock naked sights from around here might be kind to the peepers, but the majority would most likely not...and there's no way on earth I'm getting anyone to disrobe/get down to the bare essentials (way too much for my already shaky disposition) to prevent the Troll slipping in again like that. No siree, if that's what you want, then I suggest you bring your laptop to the door and ask 'em yerself.

Third shot.
Do we want anything across the top?
1.Troll Thumping Day
2.The Rightly Thumped Troll
3.The Fugly Troll
4.Nothing

Oh crikey, Po`, how are we ever gonna decide when you keep coming up with gems like this! I have to say, tho, I like this one the best so far. As for the wording, 'Troll Thumping Day' feels good/better for me cos it's more celebratory....befitting of the occasion IMHO.

I'm waiting for Kitty or someone to jump in here. We'll definitely need someone to animate the flames if we keep them.
If anyone has been messing with something or thinks the style should be really different from this..speak up!

That's not say that the second isn't also as good.
I think it matters what the wall will be, a forest setting where people are looking to do some thumping or a narrow old town winding street where the trool thumpers meet in a pub after a day of thumping?
