WC Subscription Drive: What does WC mean to you?

In another thread Alternate Setting made a comment about selling the 'steak' that is WC along with the 'sizzle'.
Today is my 6th year anniversary as a member here at WC. I'm subscribed for years to come and plan on being around as much as I can.
The "steak" (or tofu in my case) for me really is being a part of something bigger than myself; something great.
Here is where my friends are.
Here is where I make new friends.
Here is where I help strangers.
Here is where I customize my PC.
Those are the things I subscribe for.
In addition to that I get a few (beautiful) skins, I site to show off my work, and a (really cool) integrated browser. Oh . . and unlimited downloads.
Also, I don't see the ads because I'm directly supporting the site.
The fact is that I subscribe because I want the site to grow. I want to make more friends and help more people. I want to be part of something wonderful.
Why do you subscribe?

ahhh....so that's why you deleted mine!!
I have never deleted a comment. Including the ones from the future (like the one from Dec 9 2007). I blame Fairry's evil squiggle!
I do it to keep the evil squiggle from having it's way with my soul. (See above comment)
