Skin Requests?

Is it possible to request a them for a windowblinds or Vista Bootskin?
If so, where?

You can try...but the odds of having it completed are slim to none. Making a windowblinds skin takes a LOT of time and work, and not many skinners do it for free.

As for Bootskin for Vista, I believe they are working on it.
