Is WB6 Finished?

I am confused about WB6. Is it a finished prog or still in Beta? My Stardock central still indicates beta version is only available. Also, i have installed it on my new laptop with Vista Premium. When i try to change a theme(that came with WB6), it hangs up. When i change it back to the Microsoft installed theme, it changes back with no problem.

but when I uncheck show prerelease - nothing is available = other items show the released version even if a lower version number than what I have installed
