Telemarketers Nightmare

I have thought about telling some of them that the person they were calling to speak with had been entered into the Witness Protection Program and I am sure the FBI would be getting in touch with them shortly as all calls to this number were traced. But something told me if I did that, the real FBI would show up on my front porch, so I have refrained. But thanks for the great laugh!!

I very rarely answer the phone, but did a few weeks ago to hear this: "Hello, I would like to be speaking with Mrs Reynolds, please."
"Ah, so you're the bastard who killed my mother with harassing calls until she had a stress related stroke and died.....eh, hold on a moment!"
Without covering the mouthpiece, I have a conversation with an (imaginary) ASIO (Australian Securities & Intelligence Office) agent: "Jim, can you hear this? It's him, get on to our friends at Interpol the CIA and FBI to find where this sucker is, and his crummy organisation."
Guess what? He hung up before I could finish "sucker" We still get the occasional telemarketer who's based here in Oz (mostly trying to raise money for charity) but we've not had a single call from any of those pesky Indian ones since.
