If you did not read through bobby's long reply, here is the short version. Private property is an alien concept to communism. Read the manifesto. PRC probably instituted a few protection rules to enter the international business arena.
For the theft part, you are right. But it is not illegal because it is private property, but because it causes chaos in the society.
One more thing, DA may take care of it now, but the same person may come up again with another account and email address.
So, what do we do? "Should we engage a dialogue instead of going to war" with those thieves?

In Socialist/Communist regimes murder, theft, etc. are all defined and illegal.
Keep the cultural and moral relativism in proper perspective. Societies can only exist when private and intellectual property are respected and protected.

I don't think they will. Don't think they should have to. Don't think it was a deliberate action worth banning. Think is was more of 'unsure of the concept'. MPO: based on what was posted - I'm guessing the little deviant was just trying to share something they found they thought was cool with others. Not sharing per se, but more of a 'hey, look at this'. They didn't say they made it, they even posted the original descriptions. I'm guessing they didn't understand the concept of posting a link back to the original. Maybe a language issue. Don't really think politics is involved.

DA staff/admin/mods can be extremely slow at times....
I particularly like it when someone posts a warez link or password crack or request for one and the staff locks the post but leaves the links/requests for crack/warez info via IM, etc.

I particularly like it when someone posts a warez link or password crack or request for one and the staff locks the post but leaves the links/requests for crack/warez info via IM, etc.
