installing themes?

Hey all, i have OD plus and the themes it has come with are fine. However, i now want to install a theme to match the 'fett' style bundled with windowblinds. i have found the theme and downloaded it, but OD tells me i need a dockzip format? the one i have is in .zip, extracted is a load of folders with the images in. how do i install it?
