WB and Diamond

WB 6 Diamond and a wierd glitch with Imported msstyles

HI I wanted to point out a small issue I noticed. ON some of my Visual Styles that I have imported, a wierd issue appears.

The task bar shows up as diamond but the rest of the blind shows up like normal. THe Startmenu, windows frames ect. But that Task bar has the Diamond blind.

I am running the most recent WB 6 I can get from SDC *updated earlier today*.

here is my system info if that helps

Okay the top is a Mac style and the bottom one is called Santa.

Sorry on the pac one that you can't see the task bar, but its there on the Santa and the mac task bar is the Diamond too

Annemarie! uncheck: on settings tab, skinning settings, ignore the taskbar and startmenu defined in the skin and use one set below box

Hum thanks Bilbo but it was Already unchecked..

I tried checking it then unchecking and I still get the same thing..

I think both of those are really old skins which lack taskbars & startmenus.

WB will use the diamond ones if the skin lacks these sections on Windows Vista.

hum intriguing.. THanks Neil. I will keep that in mind.

I am not too bothered by this issue I just wanted to point it out see if I could figure out what is up.

I didn't know that about the Diamond thing but that Makes sense and Yeah they are older skins from what I know

Again thanks for the Great Stardock Input and Advice
