Well Zoomba has walked me throught the things i am doing wrong so i see no problem. If there were he would of mentioned wouldn't he.
Po Smedley: That would be near impossible because i don't host any files apart from the site which i have backups of on multiple computers. I may consider i re writing that bit, but reading over it, it does feel like im daring them oh well.

I actually never said anything one way or another about this site specifically.  I can not grant permission (or deny it) for those using product names as subdomains on their site.  You will have to contact [email protected] asking for permission.

But i think it was right the first was it not

The Skins You Find on this site are Copywrite of thier Respective Owners (Artists of the Skin)

'Copyright' is the correct spelling.....there is no other way.

Think of it as the 'right to copy' and you won't make the error again.

Oh, 'copywrite' is what composers of advertisements do....they 'write copy' which is used as text/wording in a radio commercial for example....

Re the use of 'Windowblinds' in your site name....I strongly expect that won't be acceptable, certainly not without formal discussion with Stardock....

I don't think I'll support a site that uses an email address like the one you suggest we upload skins to.

While competition is a great thing in general concept, wincustomize.com just seems to be a hard site to beat and they have been at it for oh so many years. It used to be that you could find current skins easily on deviantart.com for example. Well, good luck with it    My visit to the site was an eye-pleasing one.

Another thing. I don't want to be in copertion with wincustomize. i just felt the site would be a easier way for the community to use. if you don't want to support i can't force you to support it so. No Pressure

It's not a bad idea . . it just gets complicated and to succeed (like we all want you to) requires lots of planning and "what-ifs".

I appreciate the effort you have and are putting into this.  However it turns out, you've done a good thing.

Not to rain on your parade Stylah but with Wincustomize as a skin depository there really isn't much of a dermand or reward to posting one's skin's elsewhere. Just about every skin made by everyone is already here in one convenient place with ton's of traffic.. Really the only way I see a new WB site as being successful is by offering exclusive content. Motivate people to visit. Not saying it can't be done, it just won't be easy. Building and maintaining a successful skinning site isn't as easy as it once was. Good luck with it regardless.
