Okay, let me get this straight, while working with others on a community blind you were able to do the pump this out. Excellent work, even with the minor problem.

Your transparency settings are not correct. It is really wierd that some people don't have the problem. You are using TGA's for the images so check the transparency and translucency settings for the glow images. The settings should be the same as any other TGA image. Why does it work for some and not others, I have no clue. I would guess to say that they didn't really test the skin. Nothing else makes sense.

Baffling, just baffling. I am in the middle of ordering a $45,000 front entry door for someone so I can easily be missing something simple.

That is very odd Quentin. According to the settings shown in your screenshot it should not be working for you. Heh, at least it works.

It works here at home but my work laptop didn't work. Must be video card related.
I did notice that the glow effects on the Leo skin that comes with WB was doing some funny missizing thing the other day. Maybe it's WB related. I dunno, I know Im right about something here.

No problem Quentin. Somehting is very screwy here. I didn't mean that towards anyone personally. It was just the only that made sense at the time.

What do you do for a living?

I cringe at the sound of the phone ringing for a living.

I'd be willing to bet it's video card related.

yeah maybe well:

"Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

It appears you have enabled limited per pixel mode, so WindowBlinds will support per pixel, but with no hardware support.

(Écran Plug-and-Play) 1 is attached to GIGABYTE RADEON 9200"

Really Odd cause perpixel work perfectly here

Maybe it's WB related.

I saw it once when I tried it on office computer but when I opened Sd Central Widow blinds updated and when the computer restarted it worked fine before it had WB5.1 afterwards it had 6 beta the pc I built it on had 5.5 .Maybe it 5.5or higher it defaultly knows that it has to be perpixel for the effect to work. Also in sks note that you can see translucent is defaulty checked without first checking transperancy (you can see in Quentin's screen shot)where as in your perpixel buttons you must check transperancy first before trans lucent become an option.Just a thought!
Anyway I have them both checked now and will re up it as soon as I can find someone to push it through for me!
Thank you all for your help so much!

Yes, that is how it works. Also, on occasion the setting may not take. Be sure the setting takes by reviewing the properties of the image in the right tree of skinstudio.
