The skin doesn't load properly

don't understand what's the deal with windowblinds files. These themes don't work properly. The UXtheme.dll file is patched, by the way.

I tried a .msstyle file, I loaded it with StyleXP and worked perfectly. It looks like this: http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/2456/anotherstyletq3.jpg
I'm using Windows XP SP1 and WindowBlinds 5.5

Please open Windowblinds, choose View my system information & post all that information here.

Where did you obtain this copy of WindowBlinds? You should have better results if you remove this copy, reboot and install either the 'trial' version or purchase the full version at - https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
