Help create a theme

I'm am totally new to this site and the whole different theme thing for windows. I was wondering if someone could help me make a theme for windows vista. I want a theme about Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I don't have any clue on how to do this and make it look right or how to even put it on windows. I was thinking it could have the buccaneers logo on the start button with the color pewter as the background on the start button. Then the taskbar at the bottom be a buccaneer red color and then I don't know from there. Can anyone help me make this or just do it themselves. Is it hard to make these, once you actually know how to.

Once you know how and have lots of experience making them, a WB skin alone can take 40+ hrs

Really? I see people making nfl screen savers and stuff all the time, whats the difference? Forty hours is alot, I didn't realize it took that long.

If you try to make it yourself and use it for your own personal use. You can use the logos. Just don't upload finished skin to any website.

That would require permission from the NFL and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Without permission it would be copyright violation and subject to legal implications.
