How to add folders to Object Dock

I wish to add folders like shared folders, network connections to the dock but how to add the custom icons to the dock. Please advice. Thanks a lot.

First, right click on dock, make sure Lock Dragging is not checked. Drag folder to dock, once on dock right click folder, select Dock Entry Properties, click Change Image button and select image you want.
