How to change the WindowBlinds 6 UI color

The text shouldn't be white unless the skin you're using is causing it.
My text is showing as black or dark grey.
In the about tab you can change the blend color but that's it.

I recall a post where there was a setting for Black UI . . was that in WB5 or 6? I can't remember.

I can take no credit, I was stumped until Neil questioned about black UI when I posted issue on WB6 feedback thread.

You can change the skin colors or the system colors from there.
