Taskbar shadow always on top?

Is there a way to always keep the taskbar shadow always on top?

Thanks!

Doesn't anyone know the answer to this?

The WindowFX taskbar shadow is intentionally not always on top.  Having it like that would cause it to always appear on top of any other app.

But it ~is~ on top of any other app. By default the taskbar properties specify it that it is "on top of other windows".

There are two important reasons for setting the shadow of the taskbar always on top (or at least providing it as an option):

1) It is consistent with its property

2) Setting the taskbar on the left or right of the screen, the shadows helps determine the border between the taskbar and a maximized (or adjoining) application window.

I hope this will change your minds.
