Questions about dowloading a bootskin

When ever I go to download a boot skin the download box popups but instead of saying run it will say FIND and Save. I tried both and they dont do anything for me. Any one can help, much appreciated. Thankyou!

open 'my document' - click tools > folder options
click the 'file types' tab, scroll down and find bootskin - see if it says open with stardock bootskin
click the 'file types' tab, scroll down and find bootskin - see if it says open with stardock bootskin
