personal wincustomize site

Hello, 
I need someone to please help me set up my wincustomize site. I only just found it today. I do not know how to use it. I do not know how to put things on there. I also do not know what is appropriate to go on there and where things should be placed. A template would be nice..... however I need detailed instructions on this and I have looked and cannot find instructions. If these instructions are somewhere on Stardock.com or Wincustomize. com I need to be pointed in the right direction or just given the url for that information.
I could read them and then ask for help after I have tried to do it on my own. This is not pressing but I would like to have something on my site by December. I have some wallpapers I have posted here and I have some other items I would just like to share. My site would be the appropriate place for me to do this. Thank you for any and all assistance.

You can upload stuff and just check off the box " Personal page only " if you just want it on WC personal site.
