ThemeManager Directory

I have a question concerning The ThemeManager directory on the PC. Mine is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\ThemeManager. I don't ever remember this being the default directory. Has this changed? It used to be C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\ThemeManager.
Anyone else?

Dual boot machine....
In XP now it's C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\ThemeManager....was in Program Files before the more recent TM updates.
