how to use object dock

I have just gotten object dock and I have seen a lot of different backgrounds for it and things like that and i have seen some that have 2 or more objectock bars on the screen, i just want to know how to do that, because there is only an option for one object bar on my object dock customization menu

Right-click on an icon you want to change and select Dock Entry Properties and then Change Image. Browse to where you have the custom icon.

i mean i want to download a custom icon package and i want to know how to change the icon s on my desktop/ rest of computor
