Custom Flyouts?

So basically, wha I'm trying to do is take my startmenu out of commision. I have two monitors, on the left one there is the sidebar. On the right I have the taskbar vertically, and a friend made a small "Search" box to go on it so I don't need to click start for search. I am using Object dock now like this:
IE7, Live Mail, Skype, Live Messenger, AIM | PowerDVD, Zune, WMP11 | Paint, Snipping tool | Show Desktop, My Computer, Control Panel, Apps, Trash | User Folder, Music, Pictures, Documents
My Apps folder has shortcuts in it to all my installed apps. What I would like to do is have the apps shortcut on the dock be a flyout so it doesn't launch an explorer Window, but rather a flyout with all the apps. Is this possible?

Label it in the first field
Browse in the second field to your App folder
