How do ratings work?
How are things at WC rated?
Thursday, August 9, 2007 by REDstyler | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
I was just curious to find out how the moderators rate work that has been submitted. I have seen some skins that have almost no functionality that have been rated at most 8 out of 10.
Are there certain aspects of a skin that are looked at? Do they moderate according to functionality or style?
Thanks.

It is unlikely that a skin with 'almost no functionality' would be rated '8' by a mod.....as one of the criteria is that a skin should 'work' to a reasonable degree.
Which skin 'section' are you seeing this?...
