logon rejected. Why?

my logon of dolly parton was rejected

i resently created a logon theme of dolly parton, i received an email saying that it did not meet guide lines so it was rejected. WHY???.

There could be many reasons. Respectfully contact an admin/moderator and ask and you may be enlightened.

Generally, 'chick walls' and logons won't be accepted as there's typically issues with the image's source [copyrighted to the photographer/actor]....

Is it a photo taken by yourself?
If not, you cannot use it without permission from the copyright holder.
