Struttered Dreams - Need Some Help Please - Thanks

Well, my pc can run Aurorix1680 smoothly:
But when it comes to other dream files including vista ultimate default dream, they run struttered (choppy) on my pc.
What do I need to check on my pc setup please?

Hey thanks CarGuy for responding, appreciate yr inputs.
My pc spec: e6750 + ati2900xt + 2G rams
Yes, I do have the full Nero7 installed, but this is done at my XP partition - I dual boot XP and vista on my PC
I shall uninstall Nero7 and see.

Uninstalled nero7, nope, it went choppy too.
Uninstalled and re-installed my catalyst 7.7 drivers, nope, same problem.
I noticed that the aurorix listed as a WMP file runs smoothly. Those provided by windows dreamscene listed as movie clips (.mpg) are problematic on my pc. Perhaps i am missing a codec or something???
But ... i downloaded that necromancyInferno, a WMP dream file too, it ran choppily too ... what did i do wrong .. maybe i need to reinstall dreamscape

I have found that if you have a full install of Nero 7, it can cause some systems to run choppy, especially when the dream loops. If you do a bare minimum install of just Nero Burning Rom, the choppiness is no longer there. I had this problem on 4 different systems with a variety of hardware.
