Slight delay

As some of you may have heard, there's been massive flooding in the UK. This is affecting two of our developers which is likely to result in a slight delay in the WindowBlinds 6 beta on Object Desktop. The new projected date is next week for both SkinStudio 6 and WindowBlinds 6 betas. The picture on the right was taken by a WindowBlinds developer.
The betas of WindowBlinds 6 and SkinStudio 6 will be available exclusively to users who have Object Desktop.
In the meantime, here's a screenshot of WindowBlinds 6 Alpha running on Windows XP (note the blur effects).

I saw it on the newspapers here they talk about the worst massive flooding on UK look like "mousson" in India 
I really hope they will be good and all their family too.

Yes,I would say fearing for your life would override getting beta's to work.

Went through the Brisbane floods of 71 and saw the waters rising all around us, but fortunately we were not inundated ourselves. There was widespread property damage and thousands upon thousands of people displaced from their homes, so hopefully you guys suffer nil property damage like we did.
Um, er...we live on a huge island, and uh, if anybody eventually finds the plug and decides to pull it, you might wanna learn how to real fast....
...and at the rate Rio Tinto's bin digging, that may be sooner rather than later.

I was in the UK for work last week. Massive rain on our way back from Beverley to Stansted airport. No fun.

Indeed sorry to see it affecting you guys.
We've been lucky so far and not been hit, but lots of friends around the UK have.
Thousands of people (into 10's I believe) have had major damage and are now living in various emergency areas.

Apparently it's going to be weeks before some folk get their water turned back on,so until then it's being distributed from bowsers on the street. 
I'm at sea level right on the South Coast here so I suppose I have all of this to look forward to when the sea levels rise several metres in the years to come.
Time to head for the high ground ......

I've lived at or near sea level most of my life and seen my share of flooding, never anything sever (few feet here and there). Its a fearful thing to see and know what could happen. Don't have to worry much with that being 2500' above it now. Best of luck to all of you over there.

Hope that the developers are safe and were able to move to higher ground.
Have been through a few floods, clean up is the worst part.
Sorry for adding this, received an email today to renew my OD subscription for another year with a discount. Christmas came early this year. Thank you.
