OD working with Theme Manager

Having trouble getting OD 1.9 Plus to work with Theme Manager, Trying to save my desktop but can't get docks to load have to load them seperately thru OD. When I bring up OD in the Theme Manager I don't get any view but get the name of theme but can't load from there.
