Help Please!

Hey all.. im new to this whole windows skinning stuff and got really really bored with the regular old windows look.. i downloaded the alienware XenoMorph theme and desktopx but im not quite sure how to set windows to use the new theme as it wont even recognize it.. if someone could point me in the right direction to a tutorial somewhere on the site that would be great
