Shadow icons in the task bar

Hi
I have Windows Vista and Object Dock 1.9 Free. I set "Hide the Windows Task Bar" and "Display open windows along with my icons".
When I start some applications (Firefox is one of them) I don't get the icon in the OD task bar. I get an empty space and if I go with the mouse over it I get the window's title. If I click the empty space I have the focus on the related app but when I close the application I keep getting the shadow icon in the task bar.
