Changing all of the colors?

Hi,
I'm a newbie and I have a basic question that I havent found an answer for; when I click the "change the color scheme" button in Windowblinds to change the colors of the particular skin, it only changes a very small amount of the skin...not every element...is there something that I'm missing?

Skin you are trying to re-color? It's a hue shift and unless there are hues to shift . .you get nothing.
