Have already had a response regarding mine....and reiterated that our site [Wincustomize] has NO content of any sort that can be reused as topdownloads is doing....

I'm quite curious as to who specifically uploaded all 'our' works there.
IF it is one individual then it is highly likely ALL works on the site were uploaded in EXACTLY the same manner...with exactly zero regard for copyright.
That one individual might just like to consider removing ALL works uploaded there by him....as with each rightful author's requests for same his undeniable culpability increases.

Yeah. Site admin usually has tons of information, enough to track an user all way to his or her house with little work. All site owner has to do is talk with ISP, and "copyright violation" words will make it easy.
