OjectDock view desktop bug

Hey I found a bug in the new version of Object Dock.
Using a View Desktop icon or the Vista 3d program menu thing - if you select the desktop using this menu - brings the same results for me.
Yes, all program windows are hidden - but - the objectdock also dissapears and never returns.
( I have my object dock set to hide when not in use on the bottom of the screen ) Anyone else having this problem?
