blinds not working

I just got window blinds and its not working. it shows up when i check my desktop properties but doesnt show up on my desktop, anyone have any input on how to fix this?

Open WB, click on the "View my system information" on the left.  Post the results here.  There may be a problem with your install.

Trialware or fullversion?
Installed from Stardock Central or from a link?
