We have tracked down why this happens with some skins and will be putting out an update soon (a non WB6 build)

It is happening in a lot more places than just Explorer.

Remember that Brad mentioned that some of the WB programmers were caught in the middle of that UK flooding. There is a good chance that this update is stalled a bit (just like Brad announced for WB6) due to "acts of god". Doh!

Indeed. EVERYWHERE, in my case. In any event, I hope an update will be available soon.
