Latest Windowblinds 6-19-2007 does not work

I just downloaded from SDC the latest WB. Nothing is skinning. I get classic windows. 
I didn't do an archive. Is there any way to get the prior version?
From WB:
Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 4.4

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.51 (build 97 x86))
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
(Generic PnP Monitor) 1 is attached to Radeon X1900 Series

If build 113 is still hanging around when you redownload it and reinstall it, perhaps your ISP is caching it. Grab http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe instead. Same thing, different link.

When I install SDC it asks if I want to run it. I check yes and it shows build 150. When I close SDC and open it again it says build 113.

I just tried that link. I ran the install. It asks do you want to launch SDC now. I check yes. It runs at build 150. I close SDC and reopen and it says build 113.
And I still can't WB 6-19-2007 to skin. Can you point me to the release without x64 support?

No problems at all. Don't have Vista, only Xp Media Edition. Think I'll stay with this for awhile.
