so the program is NeXplorer and it will make my explorer on the left look like that? thanks Zubaz for your time.

It's a file manager that you use instead of Explorer. There is a beta plugin called FindeXer that emulates the sidebar but, I'd recommend that only to you if you're comfortable using explorer plugins/hacks/tweeks.
