updating a theme

Hello. I need to upload an updated version of a theme and can't find a button that says UPDATE. Help me please.

Just go to the Theme itself, there will be a link to click on to update or go to your " Skin" list and click on EDIT ( you must be signed in to WC of course ) There should be a link that says " Skins" right above where you login to WC.
