Humor: How Not To Use PowerPoint

Does this mean I should redo my 300 slide presentation?

One of the most dreaded words, both in the world of education and of business, is "presentation".  Now, I'm not talking the fear a presenter may feel, having to stand up in front of dozens, if not hundreds fellow students of colleagues, no, that's taken for granted.  I'm talking about the dread feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realize you're about to be subjected to an hour or more of PowerPoint hell.  Despite nearly a decade of use, it seems most presenters haven't the first clue of how to effectively use a PowerPoint slide deck.

Well, comedian Don McMillan has put together a short video walking you through some of the major pitfalls many a presenter falls victim to when preparing their slides.  Watch, learn, implement.  Your classmates and coworkers will appreciate it the next time you have to give an hour long talk on the trends of TPS report cover sheet usage over the past 5 years.
