how to install?

hi ppl,
need ur guidances here...i'm using wblind software n simply love it! usually when i like any particular themes , i just need to download the file named .wba and klik-install directly to my pc but how about those .wba that got alot of files ( how u know wat i mean)
coz i really not sure how to install even if i like the themes.
