How to convert this skin to WindowBlinds skin?

Can someone tell me how to convert this skin http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/52529107/to a WindowBlinds skin please.

Make sure you have WB and Skinstudio installed. Take the .msstyles and shellstyle out of the zip folder and place it on your desktop. Then.. simply click the .msstyles file and follow along. make sure you go into Parameters dialog and choose " best quality" before converting.

Can this convet be done on a Windows XP PC? Then I can install it on my Vista PC. Or do I need to do the convert on the Vista PC?
Reason I ask is because I am on my XP PC right now and i am getting an error that says "Resource THEMES_INI not found."

Right now SkinStudio can only convert .msstyles for XP, you will have to wait for next version of SkinStudio to convert .msstyles for Vista.

Any idea when new version of SkinStudio that will convert to Vista will be coming out?

VistaGlazz <- You can use the style with that in the meantime. Used it before the first WB skins for Vista came. Now I am back to WB of course.
