Help me find this CursorXP skin

I had it a while ago and now I can't find it.
It was as small as the REALmini skin, but it flashed neon rainbow colors very quickly, and it didn't change when you went over a link or went to make a window bigger, can someone help? I've been through every page on this site.

What is the name of the cursor?
I'm sure if he knew the name he wouldn't need help finding it.
