"Always on Top" setting in WB doesn't work in XP?

I desperately need this!

Monday, April 30, 2007 by Lotherius | Discussion: WindowBlinds

I discovered that WB supports enabling "always on top" on rightclick or double click of a titlebar. This was when I was using Vista - and this has become essential for my work to be able to put certain windows always on top of my browser.

Imagine my shock, when after "upgrading" to XP, and enabling the feature in Windowblinds - it simply ignores it. I am not able to set windows always on top using the Windowblinds feature. What gives?

Anybody? Is there a solution for this bug?

I *think* it has something to do with per-pixel frames. I tried to get it to work and wouldn't work for me either, I think roll-up worked though. I might be getting the two mixed up. Always on top would be nice though.
