my hero do i need to choose one? ok i think it will be my wife(grace) My Wonder woman. y? coz when i'm down she lift me up, she gave me strength to move on and she is not the type of person that would give up on any problems. and the other thing is she already gave me a son even though its difficult for her to get pregnant regardless her condition.

My hero is Jesus Christ. He has done more for me, than anyone else possibly could.
He has taken away my sins and made my life so wonderful and happy. He sacrificed everything he had for me.

If you get out of bed each day, work hard to provide for the necessities of life for yourself and your family, raise your kids up to respect others and contribute to society, and help those in need when you can.........

Then YOUR my hero

Former First Lady Mrs. Gerald (Betty) Ford. I'm 20 years sober because of her encouragement.

Right now, Nimbin is a hero because he was positive and retained his sense of humour and composure during a very difficult period prior to his surgery. He has my admiration and respect.....good onya, Nimbin, and more power to ya.

After reading some of these I have to ammend my John Lennon post to include MY wife also..She has stuck with me through thick and thin, worked her ass off, supported me as I have travelled the long lonely road to skinning fame and riches and while I haven't reached my ultimate goals yet I do want to say I appreciate everything she has done for me over the past 5-6 years and hope she will bear with me just a little while longer. We have been married 16 years.

All wives are heroes (or should be) because we inconsiderate men can/and do belch & fart at the most embarrassing times; because we leave our dirty sock where-ever....they're found only when they walk out by themselves from under the bed/sofa; because we're not always good in bed....ie, we snore too loudly and take up more than our fair share of the blankets/bed; because we'll sit in front of the TV with remote in hand and ask: "Oh while you're there honey, get me another beer."......and because we always/too often leave the toilet seat up.

Of course, mrs starkers isn't a hero for any of these reasons cos I try to be ever so considerate regarding the toilet seat, I stay on my own side of the bed, gave up drinking and my feet don't stink.

****Orright, so I snore...and the curried cabbage still has THAT gaseous affect*****

Now-A-Days it's what LanTec said. Comment 25. That's cause that's the way it is. ALSO I liked IR Comment #5 cause Harryhausen made such great music and I love music. His music could make a so so movie great!

Ron Paul. A member of Congress not only with his own principles, but one of the few (the only?) with principles that are in line with the Founding Fathers.

Four more heroes for me.....the three surviving members of Spinal Tap - and for the drummer who instantaneously combusted while blowing his nose, a posthumous heroism award for services above and beyond the call of duty whilst perched beside those enormous amps that are louder cos they go all the way to eleven.
