Lastest post !! Again I am slightly puzzled by a rating judging only by what I see and the comments that are left I don't understand the areas that are lacking !So in an atempt to improve I ask you to test this skin and give me some feedback especialy from those posting such greaat work and would love to hear from a moderator or two!I know everyone is partial to their own work but only 2.5 stars???????Thanks in advance here is the link

For me 2 1/2 stars is about right. I find a lot of the graphics 'un-sharp' as if they have been over stretched, or, they are reminiscent of the kind of graphics the default settings in Photoshop would give. Other areas are much better than that and it's this inconsistency throughout the skin which would prevent me from rating higher.
It's not a bad skin, but a bit more clarity and consistency would improve it no end.

I checked it, While it is not a bad theme, my suggestions would be to lay off the border \ bevel thickness, The font is.. well, I dont like it and it causes text outside button borders in some cases. Try to finesse your 3D Light and shadow colors a bit better they are too light and too dark either side of the Buttonface shade and try and use less glowy'ness throughout. Try a bit off gaussian blur on some of the jagged edges (.02) is usually good. The Titlebar frame does not match up with the left and right frames. The text shadowing on the inactive titlebar also needs some work.Lastly the gradient light to dark stroke around buttons to me sorta cheapens the look and is used a lot by folks that are new to theming and is usually a sign that you haven't taken experimentation in layer styles very far. Looks like it actually is caused because you havent resized you "glass" layer inside the stroked edge. Drag left and right sides of your glass layer inside so that the entire border is black.
What i see is someone who is progressing nicely per theme but still has a ways to go. Great themes arent designed quickly and learning to make great themes doesnt happen overnight either.
I would suggest taking way more time to work on a theme as opposed to trying to do them quickly and always remember that in a lot of cases, less..is more.
I know its hard to take critique but sooner or later, if you let it, it will sink in. Good for you to speak up and demand some critique, that can take some nerve but shows a willingness to want to improve your game.

I noticed this when not in a state where per pixel borders are used and wasn't quite sure? This is the first skin I built using the newest version of Sstudio which allowed translucent boreders and was not quite sure in a couple of areas.(1) more question is it possible to rename a .WBA after completion in the past I noticed an addressing problem with the graphics?

Yeah just... Save as. Then.. got to Tools > Windowblinds > Normalize file names. Done.
As far as per pixel frames.. its best to make ur entire frame as a mockup then slice it up in ur graphic app. Top , Bottom , left and right. As long as your margins are set correctly it has to line up correctly.

those lined up ok it was the nomal non-translucent that did not it appeared to overlay top per pix over standard top.
