show desktop shortcut

Hi

I've created the show desktop shortcut as microsoft explains here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/190355

Although this do what is suposed to do, the problem is that it shows the windows desktop itself but not the objects and widgets from DesktopX.

My question is, is it possible to create or manipulate this shortcut so the desktopX widgets and objects could be shown on the desktop?

if you're referring to the regular quick launch toolbar... not that I'm aware of
