My skin got lost from Moderation

Yesterday I uploaded my WindowBlinds skin and it appeared in Moderation. But today it disappeared from there but it doesn't show in My Skins either. So can someone tell me what happened and should I upload it again or not.

it's still in the mod que. there's no need to upload it again.
