Problem with new bootskin

I made a new bootskin for my girlfriend and desided to try it out on my comp before I have it to her. I done everything on the tut that it said to do and when I preview it it shows up but when I reboot my comp it go to the load comp in safe mode and fix problem. I have looked over everything and I cant seem to find out what the problem would be to cause it to not load up for me. Anyone have any ideas of how to help me with this.

If there are no error in the skin maybe it's an incompatibility
