Is there an API for creating a dynamic dream? If not, timeframe for one to be out?

Or it's not ready?
Don't read too much into anything. It's a new product and takes time.
Frogboy's post here indicates a mid-term plan to rease the editor. That post was in mid-March. It hasn't been that long.
It's cool that you all are interested. I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Not sure if this person is connected to Stardock internally or not.
So what gives, why is it that some have this information and some dont?
For what its worth. I have been a developer for over a decade. I have seen the next big things come and go. And what I have noticed is that a technology/idea/product/etc., no matter how cool it is, is held to close or bastardized it will make the dev community leary and shy away from it. I fail to understand why a beta sdk/api spec and info. cannot be released to the dev community. These are clearly people that understand beta and beta issues. It would be a win/win for stardock. We dont need a full blown editor with all the bells and whistles, just enough info to build them utilizing the api. It most likely means that all of us have the exisiting tools to develop these in the first place(ie. Visual Studio 2005, WPF , etc.)
Just another point of view.
