Help With Object Dock

I was hoping to get some help with object dock in particular with a weather docklet...
I want to use Judges' xml weather docklet and I can get it to install fine but I can't see the images for the weather conditions...
I was wondering as to how do I change the icon image to show the weather icons that are shown in the screen shot?...
right now all I see is a question mark with the weather condtions displayed on mouse over...any help anybody can give would really be a huge help....

As instructed in the Docklet description, I used Judges' xml WeatherDocklet.dll to replace the default 'dll' (ObjectDock\Docklets\Weather), and the images show up just fine.
