DesktopX and Vista?

) I have a couple of questions1. Anyone using DesktopX(and other Stardock apps) on Vista?
2. Any problems?
To be honest I am not too keen on Vista. Pretty is ok, but I am sick of the dialog boxes that get thrown up because im not running an approved windows app... I am almost of the mind to reformat the hard drive and slap XP on it.

Vista is more that a pretty look. Most of it is under the hood. But mind you, I have disabled the UAC my self because I constantly mess about with the system settings and where getting fed up the extra clicks.
Don't care if people say it less secure, a good antivirus, firewall, ad/spyware scanner and common sence has worked for me pre Vista and that's how it's be with Vista. The UAC is nothing more than making people think a little extra.
Before you get rid of Vista, get rid of the UAC and give Vista a go.
